One of the standout features is the location — with woodland walks right on the doorstep, this home is particularly appealing for dog owners and those who enjoy outdoor pursuits.

Sellers View ...
A job opportunity moved us here back in 1997 with 3 children plus 1 on the way, we were looking for an affordable, good-sized 4-bedroom home that had all 4 bedrooms of an ample size and close to goods schools/amenities. Sparrow Cl. being a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac on the edge of Woosehill was ideal. Within a few minutes walk to Fox Hill woods a fantastic area for the children to play, be in touch with nature, and daily walks for the dog.
The local pub is just 5 mins walk at the end of Limmerhill Rd. where we often enjoyed lunch and a pint!
A handy meadow adjacent to Sparrow cl. is a lovely space to play ball games etc. with Heron park being couple of minutes away.
We walked the children to the local primary school, then when older they would walk or cycle to secondary school.
This house has been the heart of the family filled with love, laughter and many family get-togethers.
