* Not currently own another residential property
* Be able to evidence you are working at the time of the initial letting
* Have insufficient funds/deposit to purchase a property on the open market
* Have the 'Right to Rent' in the UK (as defined by government guidelines)
* Not have any outstanding credit issues and be able to pass a credit check. Please note if you have any CCJs or IVAs this will be an automatic refusal.

FEES:

There are no reservation fees or tenancy deposit.
You will be required you pay your first months' rent upfront.

Viewings
Viewings will only be carried out once your application has been completed and you have been accepted following all checks.

Please ensure you have the funds available for your first payment at the viewing as if you are happy to proceed as you may be required to begin your tenancy immediately.
