Description

Owners Comments...We have absolutely loved living in this special family home for many years. We were first drawn to the house by the bright, large living space, and south facing garden. The surrounding areas, have been perfect for our daughter, with south hill park located a few minute's walk away. The space in the house is so versatile, allowing us to host many parties and family get togethers over the years. We really are so sad to say goodbye to our lovely home but are excited for it to become a wonderful home for another family.
Area comments...Haversham Drive is in a peaceful part of Bracknell, perfect for families looking for a quieter location but with easy access to everything. South Hill Park is just around the corner, offering walks, arts, and a great café. Bracknell town centre with The Lexicon, train station, and leisure facilities is a short drive away, along with excellent local schools and convenient transport links.
Ryan & Sanjay comments...This home offers so much more than first meets the eye. The south-facing garden is a real highlight, especially with the decking area, making it ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We also love the recently refitted bathroom — the lighting gives it a real wow factor. Combine this with the bright living spaces and the quiet, family-friendly location, and it’s a fantastic opportunity for someone to put down roots in Bracknell.
