Our clients have spent 16 years at Petticoat Lane and have loved it from the very first. In the time they have spent here the house has seen three children grow up, all of whom attended the village primary school, and the whole family has enjoyed being being a part of this warm rural community. We are told that the first thing that struck our vendor was the space internally and quietness of the location; both of which had proved challenging to find previously. Local facilities such as the village farm shop and pub have been well used and of particular note is the annual 'Dilton Dash' that passes by the front door and is always a great event in the village calendar. Our clients will particularly miss the large garden that has served them brilliantly over their time here and hope that the next owners will take the home on and love it as they have.
