The town features a range of small businesses and features an 18 hole golf course and which the property overlooks. Bude lies along the A39 Atlantic Highway providing access to Newquay and its international airport to the South and to the North the major North Devon Towns of Bideford and Barnstaple with further road access on to the M5 to Bristol and beyond.
