IF YOU LIVED HERE
You'll be entertaining family and friends alike in your 160 square foot kitchen/diner – a hair under twenty feet long and flooded with natural light thanks to a large skylight and a pair of oversized patio doors. It's lined with sleek, glossy fitted cabinets topped with ivory marbled counters and a full complement of integrated appliances, with plenty of room left over for dining.
The whole space can be thrown open to the rear garden, a thriving mix of patio and lawn flanked by timber fencing, for year round entertaining. The ground floor's completed by a pair of reception rooms, 140 and 100 square feet respectively, both smartly finished with engineered hardwood underfoot and original cornicing overhead.
Onto the first floor and your first bedroom is a substantial double of 150 square feet, sumptuously decked out with classic plantation shutters on the UPVC sash windows. Bedrooms two and three are both generous singles, ideal for a child or home office, while the family bathroom's a luxurious affair in sandstone with a designer rainfall shower and secondary handset. Finally, your penthouse bedroom comes in at 175 square feet, skylit and with a pleasant garden view.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER.......
"Great family house, perfect for entertaining, we constantly have guests who love to stay. We live on a quiet street, with lovely neighbours on each side. Within a 5 minute walk we have the entrance to the Wetlands (walk through to Ferryboat pub), the Wild Card brewery, a sourdough bakery, Yonder yoga & climbing, Blackhorse workshop and Wood Street cafe, a play park and kid friendly cafe, pubs, Coop - the list goes on and there’s constantly something new popping up! Frequent buses to Walthamstow centre from both sides of our street, plus only 10 minutes to the Victoria line. Amazing place to live and we wouldn’t be moving if we weren’t leaving London!"
