Description

Yes that's right £45,000. No printing error here. It's a hidden 'gem', it's a bit of a 'secret'; it's those kind of descriptions and more...First and foremost it's a bungalow that's completely hidden from the main road and for that protected by the majority of traffic noise you'd normally associate with Borough Road, honestly....

Something Different - For that this really is quite a find and the reason we must say we're quite excited about it, about the accommodation, about the immensely convenient position versus its privacy and most of all about the price, well Guide Price anyway.

Carried Away? - Well, we'll try not to be. But for a single person who doesn't 'do' the standard apartment, or perhaps is not ready for that kind of lifestyle, either because they like to have their own outdoor space or their own entrance - then this is near perfect; in our view only, of course.

Invitation - So take this as an invite to have a walk around and see for yourself. The accommodation is both ready for viewing and vacant and we can normally arrange with you to meet at short notice; in any case you'll need guidance to find it...

Welcome - So, once we've led you to this quiet little spot we'll take you along the bungalow up to the entrance that sits pretty much mid front garden. It's a garden that gets a considerable amount of morning and early afternoon sunshine. A little entrance/vestibule area leads off to the wet room come utility area to the right and the living room to the left.

Stand And Stare - You'll notice both the new carpets and last smells of fresh paint on the walls - so its a room, along with the remaining three rooms, which is very much 'moveinable'. The living room also has an almost new fireplace (electric), supported by a storage heater to the longer wall. Views through leaded effect windows to this private garden (belonging solely to here of course) are rather quaint.

Then Again, Does Size Matter? - Neither the kitchen or rather kitchenette or bedroom are huge, nor do we construe them to be, but they are both serviceable, workable spaces with the kitchen probably having enough units for one (unless you're big in the cooking dept.) and a bedroom that, whilst a little awkward in shape, will fit a standard double bed and with room to spare giving access to some pretty deep wardrobes.

Locator - For fear of repeating ourselves, we'll just point out that once you've returned to the Borough Rd entrance you've got the choice of the parade of shops with Tesco immediately opposite and bus services to 'Town'. For Sat Nav: CH42 9QB
