Description
Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman
This lovely cottage positioned along the always popular Wyche Lane in Bunbury village provides a very exciting opportunity. The home has been lived in by the same family who built the property back in 1956 and as such this is the very first time it has been offered on the open market.
With the home being kept in the hands of the same family throughout its lifespan there has been a lot of love and care given to it over the years, keeping it in very good order throughout. The home can therefore be enjoyed from the day you collect the keys however it also provides great potential for further improvements or alterations to suit different needs and lifestyles.
The internal space offers two comfortable reception rooms to the ground floor along with the galley style breakfast kitchen. This kitchen links through to additional store, utility and cloakroom found at the rear of the property. The first floor comprises of the three bedrooms, all three offer varying levels of fitted storage and being served by the main family bathroom that was recently updated.
The outside of the property continues to impress with the tasteful cottage style combining well with the front gardens and its set back position to create a very attractive arrival. The plot is of a great size for such a central location, coming to a total of .17 acre, and incorporates landscaped lawn gardens along with the driveway and detached single garage.
