Head up St Richards Road (effectively straight on from the end of Salisbury Road) and take the first turning right in to Telegraph Road. Freemans Way is the fourth turning left. It is quite a long road so follow it past the green, number 17 is found on the right.
Approaching from North of Deal:
Enter Deal on the A258 from the Sandwich direction.At the mini-roundabout, go straight ahead in to manor Road. At the end of Manor Road, the road bears left in to Mill Road and there is a turning right in to Mill Hill. Turn in to Mill Hill and freemans Way id the 1st turning left. Follow the road and number 17 is on the left.
