This fix bed house located in the `Golden Triangle` in Cathays comprises of five double bedrooms, a spacious open plan living/kitchen area which includes a wall mounted Plasma TV and large corner sofa. - To secure this property, you will be required to complete an Application Form and pay a Holding Deposit equal to – at most – one weeks' rent.
